    The website thousandhillsresorthotel.com (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Marengo LLC dba Thousand Hills Resort Hotel. Thousand Hills Resort Hotel reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the Site, including content, hours of availability, or any equipment required for access or use of the Site, with or without notice.



    We will use reasonable commercial efforts to keep the Site available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, subject to necessary and scheduled downtime for maintenance, emergencies, or system outages.

    You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all computer hardware, telecommunications, and other equipment necessary to access and use the Site, including any associated charges.


    3. Restrictions on Use
