I had a wonderful experience at thousand hills. The hotel was nice. Food was good. Staff was okay.

Gavin was wonderful when checking-in and he set us up with great show ticket. Everyone throughout our stay was friendly and welcoming and went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.

Isaac Sanchez waited on me via telephone to make reservations for an August 2025 vacation. He was very helpful and offered numerous suggestions on how to make my vacation better. I was very pleased with him and wanted to let others know that the staff at Thousand Hills will help in any way they can.

Very busy, but a very friendly atmosphere. The room was clean, beds so comfortable, and the staff was helpful.

Plenty of parking, comfortable bed, nice stay

Nice and Affordable – This was our second stay at Thousand Hill Resort Hotel. Clean place and affordable. I booked the updated King room. Right across the street from the aquarium and our favorite eating spot, Cakes and Creams. We will book here again.

The hotel staff members were all friendly and helpful. The property was well taken care of and clean. Breakfast was really good, and we enjoyed having a coffee shop on site. The hotel is huge though, so be prepared to park far away if you’re arriving late. There’s plenty of parking and it’s free parking which is nice.

Great, friendly customer relations, easy, quick and efficient check in with Issac. Room looks nice and clean.
